Please note that I only use guaranteed delivery services, I cannot be held responsible for late or missed deliveries. I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages. I am not taking charge of the customs tariffs and other fees.
All jewels are handmade, for that, every order has a different lead-time. Normally production times are 1 or 2 weeks prior to shipping.
Please remember that the shipping time do not include production time. The average delivery time for a shipment within the European Union is 3 to 7 working days.
If you need an express shipping (24h/48H) within the European Union, please click the related option when you place your order, I remind you that it does not include production time!

All order are carefully packaged to ensure that they arrive to you safely.
Each piece of jewelry comes in a well designed packaging.
Once your order will be done, you’ll receive a confirmation by e-mail with a tracking number.

As each piece is handmade by order, I can't accept any returns, exchanges or refunds of the piece.
If you need to resize your jewel after your purchase, please write me a message as soon as possible.
To proceed, please send a mail at email@example.com indicating the product you want to resize. Send back the item in perfect conditions with its original packaging.
Any resizing service will generate new shipping costs that will be at your charge. I recommend you to send the package with tracking number to avoid any lost in the transit.
